Need help looking for Diamond/Ruby wedding band

My fiance has decided she wants a diamond/ruby wedding band similar to the one below.



I am trying to find reputable online retailers who sell a similar ring.The image above is from Whiteflash, and I know they can make this ring custom. I am trying to shop around to see if the price at Whiteflash is in-line with other retailer.

Angara also has this ring, but am not sure of the quality of this vendor. Anyone have any experience with Angara?

Another related question. The engagement ring I got for my fiancee is 1 carat. The diamond/ruby band we are looking at would have 7 stones. Would the band overpower the engagement ring if each of the 7 stones is 3.25mm?
