no good. 36/41, even rounded, is a deep leaky combo.
yup

Of course, that isn''t what you asked

You can use the search function above to see if other diamonds of that cut grade cost a similar amount. But we are suggesting it is not a good cut so it doesn''t matter what it costs.

Thank you. I am looking for a diamond with an Ideal cut and the jeweler gave me that diamond. I know cut is most important so I thought asking for Ideal would only give me ones that are great cuts.

no.

well the cut grade on that one was very good, so I guess he was not really following your request very closely. I have noticed that some jewelers really don''t like to sell true ideal cuts for some reason. Not sure why, but some jewelers don''t recommend them to clients. Maybe because they tend to face up smaller.

Would you like us to help you find something?

It would be great if you guys could help me find something.

I am looking for anything from 1 carat to 1.25 carat or so (obviously in the bigger range of that would be great, but I really would rather a little smaller with a better cut, etc) . I really want an Ideal cut, eye clean, Colorless (I would go down to G-H if the price is too high) but I am hoping to stay under 6.5 - 7K for the diamond. Thanks!

I am looking for SI1's because with your budget it will be harder to get up to the 1.2 range with an ideal cut if you go higher in clarity. Most SI's will be eye clean but you will need to ask. I personally think G color is a very very lovely white safe option, I own a G and adore the color, and it costs much less than an F color. But that is your choice.

These are all from vendors who have stellar reputations on PS:
