Not that I remember. It had 11026 on the tag. But that could have been the jewelers item number as well.

It could also be maybe Beverly K, Durnell, Ritani, Michael B, Scott Kay or Sholdt.

The head is actually why I considered Verragio actually. But I dont' see it on any of the above sites.
