Need help identifying antique mens ring!

Can anyone tell me anything about this ring I inherited? It belonged to my great grandfather. I believe it was his wedding band from the late 1800's. It has two stamps inside. One is possibly 825 and the other may be 103 or 183. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!!
