The majority of this is costume jewelry, sorry.
The sterling ring and bracelet with the dancers are from Thailand, a popular jewelry style from the 1950s-60s.
"GF" inside your rings means 'gold filled', not solid gold.
The red stones in the rings that are worn from wear are an indication that they are probably glass.
The pearl strand is not knotted in between, so I would venture to say that they are imitation.
I cannot clearly see the marks inside some of your ring photos.
However, all pieces appear to be vintage, so keep them and enjoy them!
 
The stones on this piece are glass. The edges of the facets are round.
