Need help from AVC experts.....for studs

I think that they look beautiful, but I'm not an AVC expert. I'm wondering though, if it's worth paying the premium for AVCs in this weight for earrings. I think that I might be tempted to try to locate a matching set of chunky cushions without the name brand and instead go larger in weight, though matching them may be more difficult and these are good sized stones for earrings. I think that there was a thread awhile back discussing how obvious the facet patterning is in a smaller ct weight AVC. I love AVCs though and would love to own one someday, so I'm very jealous that you may be getting TWO! :love:
 
Wow, I am amazed that you found such a perfect match! :love: I'd do it! And if you ever want larger studs, either halo them or keep these for side stones for a 3 stone ring! Finding a perfectly matched pair of these is not so easy! :appl:

(Christina, I think matching a pair of random chunky cushions would be much harder to find.)

I think you are right. Mid way through my post I started to consider just how difficult finding a matching pair may be. It might be worth it to someone looking for great size with a limited budget, but since that doesn't seem to be the case here....I agree that this these are a great option.
