Need help for ER Diamond

Hi All,

I generally consider myself a prosumer for most things but my head is kind of spinning with all of this diamond information i am trying to take in. Looking for suggestions with a budget of 6k. The below was recommended to me.

The numbers look good but the price is very low so I worry about the strong Blue. Did BN recommend it? Did they check the strong
blue?
