Hi Lisa:

Unfortunately Vatche is closed until July 15....they're are resting up for the long hours before the season....we can get the ring out to you a week later if we request a rush.

I'm going through the same thing. I completely understand your frustration...

Leslie... does it cost extra to rush the setting? can you only rush certain settings?? I'm looking at one of their pave settings for a 3ct stone...

The thread is old, but Vatche is indeed closed again for their vacation. Dang I hate it when that happens!
