Need help finding ultimate stone from James Allen

I am looking for something between .83ct and .9ct round, highest quality that $5,300 will get me. I prefer a E or F color. Also, I will be getting the 4 prong pave setting from James Allen. I have been looking for a diamond for awhile and now I need help because I simply can't look anymore.
