ok looking for .80 ct - 1.05 ct. Prefer H&A diamond...color d-h clarity down to VS2 help anyone?? price was...thinking 5g ish range for diamond...thast the most i can go..thanks

That is way to wide a range to even begin to help you.

Have you read the tutorial and looked at some diamonds in person to see what you like?

Once you have done that and narrowed the range we can help.

Yeah.. this is a rather large range of choices... Does D-E color, Vs2-Si sound wrong ? This would be my version of "narrowing down"....I could not agree more that having "1ct" written on the cert means naught

Aljdewey's selection gives max weight (and size, in this case) and best "value" (i.e. stones that look perfectly white, as 'sparkly' as one would wish).

The picture below gives a selection at the other end of your liberal range of choices: somewhat smaller stones with top color grades on paper (something you may find important or not in real life).

Which route would you go ?
