Need Help finding a 1.6-2.0 Carat Diamond

Hi everyone, after weeks of my boyfriend trying to deal with a "friend that's in the jewelry business" he has finally asked me for links to diamonds I found online. I have been a lurker on this site up until today, I would really appreciate any help you experienced folks can give me. I'm looking for a round Ideal cut (preferably AGS certified but GIA is great) colors; D - I, IF-VS-2 carat; 1.6 + I'm particularly liking the hearts and arrows design for 20,000 and under.
