I would like the milgrain to look like Chrono''s gorgeous ring (I hope you don''t mind me using your picture!)

Shimmer, with antique cuts, that''s really the most important thing. If you like the look, that''s what''s important.

It looks transitional to me - has the flowery pattern going on in the middle but has the smaller culet, more traditional proportions, and inklings of arrow-like pattern.

Thanks Allison! I usually love the look of transitionals (since she-who-can-not-be-named's ring

) so that explains why I liked this one. I just didn't realize it was one, doh!

ETA: I didn't want to say anything to see if others noticed, but does it seem a bit dark?

based on the aset it should be brighter in real life

Thanks strmrdr and Diagem. I''m hoping to get a video on this little guy just to make sure

Looks to be potentially a very pretty tranny. The ASET looks good too.

It''s all right to use my picture. I am flattered. Thank you.

Woohoo! Good old Gold rocks! They are sending a video of this stone to me right away.

What great customer service, it''s a rather inexpensive stone and I didn''t expect that they would take the time, I''m so psyched

Here's the link to the video if you would like to see...Thanks Jonathan and Joanne!
