From a girl who likes "masculine" rings (I own a Jeff Cooper and I don't think it's masculine though...just not delicate!)...

ETA the reason I don't like the Scott Kay, is that it looks kind of chunked together from the pics...not fluid and all part of the same design, if that makes sense.
I like number 1 the best. It is delicate and pretty and the taper will make the center stone stand out more than the other settings.
As far as curved/straight bands go, I''d wait to get her opinion after you propose. Most women don''t wear their wedding band alone and then she probably wouldn''t care. However, if she ever wants to wear her wedding band alone then she might want a straight band. I''d leave it up to her later on and let her try on some different looks with the e-ring.
