Need Help Deciding Between 2 Diamonds

Hello, I am torn between two diamonds and I hope I can get your professional opinion about which one I should get.

They are from different vendors and both require it to be shipped to their location for me to see it. For this to happen, they also require a small deposit that is fully refundable if I don't like it.

Diamond # 1 - $7,450

Shape: Round
GIA Certified (I was sent a copy of the GIA certificate but I am having a hard time uploading it to this post)
Carat: 1.20 (6.79 - 6.81 x 4.20 mm)
Triple EX
H SI1
Fluorescence: None
Comments on the GIA Certificate says: "Clouds are not shown" & "Pinpoints are not shown"

Diamond # 2 - $7,800

Shape: Round
GIA Certified (They can't provide me with the certificate until it is shipped)
Carat: 1.14 (6.80 mm diameter)
Triple EX
H SI1
Fluorescence: None

You should use the HCA calculator to screen your diamonds first. You want HCA < 2.0 unless the diamond is an AGS000. This diamond scored a 6.2.
