Need help chosing a moissanite color

Morning ladies,
There are not many people in my life who can discuss this with me. My fiance let me design and chose my ring. I'm going 18k Rose Gold, 2 carat equivalent Old mine-ish cut oval. I AM going to do bezel-set because we are active and I want to protect the stone. I love the two middle stones. GHI and light champagne. My first love was the light champagne, but I also realize the rose gold bezel-set will give the stone body-color.

OMG I pick one and then the other and back and forth I go. Because bezel... it's forever.

I have owned a few moissanites and I feel like they really benefit from a bit of color. My first choice would be light champagne if you are comfortable with warmth. Otherwise I would go with the GHI.
