Need Help Choosing Sapphire

Hi all,
I am recently engaged, and my fiance and I picked out a ring setting that we like, but we want to put a sapphire in it. The setting is made for a 6.5mm stone, but the jeweler said that the actual stone setting part could be switched out, so we're not limited to a 6.5mm stone. (Please excuse my ignorance if that last sentence makes no sense!)
I went through the recommended vendors, and narrowed my seach down to these stones. I think they're all very nice, but I want to see if there's anything I should note about these stones specifically when making my decision.
I don't mind a stone being heat treated, but I do want to make sure that I am getting the right value for my money.

Any help is appreciated! I've already learned so much just from reading some forum topics here.

Do you have a picture of your setting?

Also, these are a few different colors. Can you show me a swatch, not a sapphire but a block of color, that's the color you are after?

Are you looking to spend under 1k?

I know that these vary a lot in color, but I do like all of them. I know that doesn't really help much. Sorry

Looking back, I actually realize that I don't like the third one so much anymore; it is quite light.

And you're aiming for blue only yes? I ask his because that is one of the more expensive colors.

I like the first one, also it's a precision cut stone by JW so the cutting should be beautiful.

If you where willing to swap the budget for the setting and stone, there's this. You'd have to be open to the possibility of other settings but you could get a diamond setting for a 6mm stobe for under 1k
