NEED HELP BEFORE I BUY THIS WEEK!! IS THIS A GOOD DIAMOND!?!

I think I have found a good diamond and desperately need confirmation before I pull the trigger and buy it. Here are the specs from the GIA report for the round diamond I am considering from Blue Nile:

Cut: Excellent
Color: G
Carat: 1.28
Clarity: SI1

Measurements: 7.03 - 7.07 x 4.27mm

Table: 55%
Depth: 60.6%
Crown Angle: 34 degrees
Pavilion Angle: 40.8 degrees

Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent

Girdle: Thin to Medium (3%)
Culet: Small
Fluorescence: None

Comments:
None


***I also ran the specs through the HCA scale and it scored a 0.9. I also had the diamond checked out by a gemologist and it is deemed to be "eye clean", which was my main concern

on paper, the diamond seems decent. Do note that HCA tool is a tool for rejection rather than selection.

To get a better idea of how the round diamond would perform, you should view aset/idealscope photos.

Unfortunately, BN usually won't be able to provide you with such information. In my experience with them, the live support couldn't even get a normal picture of the diamond.
