Need feedback - Princess 1.2 F VS1

Looking to buy a ring. Have done a ton of research online as well as visited some smaller local stores and after I learned how different princess cuts can really look from each other, I decided to buy in person. I know it is probably hard to evaluate through pics and stats but could anyone give me some feedback on this 1.2 F VS1? Have attached some photos. Thanks for any help!! Wanted to attach a vide but I guess I can't. Looked at a few in person and this one seems to really sparkle...

I think it looks pretty good from your pictures. Ask if they will take it outside so you can view it in natural lighting. Ask for any other places outside
of the typical jeweler lights that make everything look good.

I am looking for all of the stone to remain bright as you tilt it about 45 degrees left/right, and certainly so in face-up position. This seems to be the case. I second the need for a daylight presentation. An ASET would be better yet, although this is a rather high standard for princess cuts.
