Went to Jareds to look at Diamonds again

They showed me the below diamond. I wonder if any one has access to look up the rest of the items with the AGS # ?

.734 Cts
AGS Certified # 0006773603
AGS 0
Polish Ideal
Symmetry Ideal
Color: H
Clarity: Si1

Price was $3800.00

Just trying to find out if that is reasonable or over priced
Can Anyone lookup the AGS #?

Way overpriced.

.73 H SI1 AGS 0/0/0 $3800 Jareds
.77 F SI1 AGS 0/0/2 $2740: http://www.bluenile.com/diamonds_details.asp?pid=LD00400223&filter_id=0
.84 G VS2 AGS 1/0/1 $2914: http://www.bluenile.com/diamonds_details.asp?pid=LD00488551#grading_report

Ok, so there's a premium for AGS 0 vs AGS 2. However, in the case of the F, it does have 0 light performance, just takes a hit on the finish (which is not noticeable to the naked eye, anyway.) Much better color, and 4 pts more, for 950 less!
In the case of the G, well, it's 11 pts more than the H, better color and better clarity. AGS 1 is still very nice, and the proportions are nice. For 700 less.

Markup over BN about 30-35%?

Wish I could look up AGS, but I don't know if they do that? I know GIA does.

However, what is cool is that you got to see an ideal, AGS H. How was the color to your eyes?

Yep, I just posted two for someone else from James Allen Signature Collection. They have two .73, G VS1''s for about $3000., both AGS0, hearts and arrows.

How important is it that it comes with a Gemex report?

Not important. Give me an IS or ASET over Gemex any day.

Is there a way to compare AGS ideals to GIA Specs?

Is AGS reporting for cut better than GIAs?
I am also noticing that AGS are more rather than GIA (are More avaialable), Any advantages/Disadvatages?
