Need clarification with HCA definitions...

On the HCA, does the "depth" category refer to depth % of "Crown", "Girdle" or "Pavilion?"

Depth % is depth in mm divided by average diameter.
Crown, pav and girdle thickness %'s almost add up to depth % (the girdle measurement on most reports is at the thin part so it will not add up to depth %)
