I don't see anything wrong with that stone from the specs, but here are some questions to consider:

What is your budget?
What is your criteria for color, clarity, carat?
Would you like a hearts and arrows round diamond?
Would you like to see pictures/videos/analysis of the diamond you are going to purchase?
Would you like a trade-up, buy-back, or guarantee?
Are conflict diamonds important to you?

I'm no gemologist, but I like the F color and the size is nice.
