Need Advice

Hi guys & girls. I''ve finally decided on a setting I believe, and I think i''m going with this varna ring. I''ve attached.


Now I just need help in picking out the diamond. Obviously I want a princess cut...approximately 1 carat stone, with the higest cut grade. Of the choices i''ve posted below...what are your opinions? Or do you have other suggestions? What color or clarity is too low?

Obviously i''d love to save money on this if possible, but at the same time I don''t want to get something i''m gonig to be disappointed with later.

Pretty setting - is it Tacori?

All the stones you picked are pretty but to find out if they are eyeclean like the GOG one (white inclusions are harder to spot but you WILL see it after you''ve had the ring for awhile!), do call WF to ask. Traci was my rep and she''s very honest about it all. Inclusions like feathers etc too near the corners would worry me - possible breakage. I''m colour sensitive and I feel princess cuts show more colour than rbs. The lowest I''d go is a G SI2 eye-clean but a well cut F SI1- no ex thin girdles and no feathers near the edges/corners would be sweet! If you can see them for yourself - it would be best! The setting is Varna. And thank you, I like it too.

Good advice on checking with WF about seeing if it''s eye clean. I also didn''t know that Princess cuts show color more than ...say a round cut. I"ll be sure to check on those from WF.

I''d say that G SI1 would be a good compromise and still be very nice!
