I have been lurking this site for some months now. I am currently searching for the perfect diamond to set in my future fiance's engagement ring. I have a budget of 2500 for the stone. I found a stone I believe to be good but I want your honest opinion.

Carat weight: 0.72

Fluorescence: Strong
Measurements: 5.78 x 5.76 x 3.55 mm

Thanks in advance for the help. Any other suggestions would be great.

A couple of issues. The stone could be a good one. The problem with Blue Nile is that they don't provide you with magnified images of the stone, idealscope images, etc. I think you can call and ask them to inspect the stone to see if it is eyeclean. It does have strong fluroescence which usually has no negative effect on the stone, but you might need to see it first to be sure.

I'm not finding anything close to it in price. The fluoro really discounts the price. This is about the closest I can find:
