Need advice on Tuareg Cross Tribal Necklace

Hello all! I am new to this so please bare with me.... I have had this necklace for a few years now and I want to sell it. I believe it has a Tuareg cross with amber resin beads. Please correct me if I'm wrong!! I also have NO clue what kind of wood these beads are. There are both white and brown striped wood beads in different sizes. Then there are thin round wood beads. They almost seem like they're made of coconut?? Anyways, any help on his would be greatly appreciated.
