Need advice on resizing

I have a three diamond (each diamond is 0.5 ct), channel set ring that needs to be resized 1-2 sizes smaller. The diamonds are very high quality, but are not laser inscribed.

When resizing smaller, is it necessary to remove and reset the diamonds?

I know I could always get an apprasal after the work is completed, but I just want to avoid an trouble.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Hey Switch,

I dont feel you will need to have the diamonds removed if only going down 1-2 sizes, but of course, I have not seen the ring either. It is not a novice job either way, but one for a qualified professional.
