need a bolero pattern

Does anyone know where I can get a pattern to help me make the lace bolero like the one that knottie HNN wore?

I have found the lace I''m going to use I just need a pattern.

Any professional seamstress should be able to make it for you if you have the lace. Lace is so hard to work with I wouldn''t do it myself personally.
