Necklace I bought in Baltimore MD....

I saw this necklace at an antique shop in baltimore MD.

It is hallmarked sterling and HSB with a line through it.

COuld someone tell me anything about it or what its value might be?

Its really pretty. I am thinking I am going to polish it up nice tonight.
