Here''s a little taster pic of my ring. I went into the vendor today as I want to change the band (need a thicker one for my sausage fingers!!!). After seeing Kristies beauty, I also asked if they could fit a secret stone.


I''m so excited. But I am also tortured........I want it on my hand NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to speak to the jeweller as I was going to change the setting but when I saw it again it just took my breath away. It''s actually set quite high but the diamond just lights up......I love it!!! Thanks again for the nice comment

Thanks Dreamer. The picture was taken with my iphone so it''s not showing the stones true beauty!!! I was showing my mom lots of pictures and video clips but I brought her with me today to show her and she nearly hit the floor. She said the pictures were nowhere near the true magnificance of the ring IRL. I will do a full photoshoot with a decent camera once I get my hands on it!!!

Well...... I still like halo-ed rounds......I just prefer my solitaire!!!!

hehee...we have quite a few members who have names that reflect their first loves but not their current rings! I love my halo has a solitaire, princessplease has an asscher. Tastes change!

I''m not sure of the thickness of the new band in mm as I just tried on different thicknesses in the store and picked what I wanted. They are ringing me during the week so I will ask then

Will do!!! They are ringing during the week with a price for both the band and to fit the secret stone.

It will be one emerald as this is our birthstone. Hopefully we will be able to put an emerald into both wedding rings too!!!
