Natural stone question

This is a natural stone mounted on a 14k Art Deco cathedral setting. The stone emits a three dimensional reflection of the gold band and it's evident in the image (please click the link). What do you think of the reflection? Thanks!

This is perfectly normal and to be expected. It is called a tilt window.

Thank you! I have another image (click the link) of the same stone that has a large culet and it shows the illusion of the culet all the way on the right in the upper center...Is this an illusion or a tilt window? Thank you in advance for a reply!​

I don't see a large culet (not cutlet, which would be a cut of meat). Are you sure this is a natural stone as opposed to glass?

Thank you! I fixed it to "culet." It was purchased as a natural stone on a 14k setting back in the 1940's.
