2) Tourmaline
3) Fire Opal
4) Spinel

Number 4 is the one I can come up with several options for - and it's hard to tell refractive properties from that cut. I considered kunzite, morganite and even pink zircon. But I think it's a singularly refractive stone and so I'm going for spinel...

None of these guess is correct. Your color guesses (and lovingdiamonds) for #4 are quite logical for the color, but not correct. The tone of #4 is highly unusual for this gem.
