Mystery vintage necklaces

In helping my mom clear out her jewelry boxes, we came across these two necklaces that she had forgotten had ever existed. It's been quite a while since she has purchased any jewelry so it's most likely she has had these for 15+ years in storage.

The first one seems to be a rice pearl necklace, I have no idea what the second one is. Any ideas?
