My wee collection

I have some packages on the way, stuck in transit, but here is my CS collection thus far. It consists of a mint garnet from Brad at TGT, a rose de france amethyst from my jeweller, an imperial malaya from Barry, a cheapie garnet that came with my GLJW ring (upgraded to the spinel in my other thread), and a blue tourmaline from Lisa Elser. They all look a bit dusty, or fingerprint-y, which I've only noticed after the fact.

The lighter ones photograph better. Here's Lisa's picture of the tourmaline, which shows it at its best. Although it is darker IRL than her photo, I would say it's somewhere in between her pic and mine. It reminds me of a nice evening sky.
