My upgrade! "Unpedigreed" but I think she's beeaautiful!

Upgrade from a .66 ct. princess; G/VS1

1.86 rb
VS2
L w/ strong blue flourescence

I've never tried to photograph diamonds and I'm not so good at it but here she is ( excuse my chunky, size 9.75 finger ) :

Beautiful! But, I'm confused... what's so "unpedigreed" about your upgrade? I assumed you meant it wasn't graded, but you say your stone was GIA graded?

Thanks for the compliments! I had a hard time capturing the beauty of the stone. Very hard to get pics that don't make the stone look dark. It's not at all. I don't know if it's the L color or the flourescence or what but this stone has many different "personalities".

As to "unpedigreed", I mean the stone isn't one of the triple ideal, perfect stones from the popular vendors here. It wasn't even GIA certed when I bought it. I bought the stone in Aug. on ebay and had it sent in for certification. Watched for a setting I loved that was inexpensive until this one popped up in December, actually had another stone in it but the seller (oddly ended up listed by same seller as stone) was willing to sell me the setting only. So both are ebay finds. She's my bargain upgrade at $5100 + $450. I couldn't be more thrilled at how it came together for my budget. GIA gave it a VG cut rating. I swear I see arrows but I couldn't capture them in my pics.

Congratulations! Thats not the first time that I have heard warmer colors have different personalities depending on the
lighting (and their mood at the time ). Thats what I think is so cool about the lower colors.
