Hi all! After the long long 4 weeks wait (kidding, it wasn''t so bad), my 15th year upgrade Tacori ring arrived Monday morning. It is absolutely stunning, and I couldn''t be happier!! It is 1.63ct, I, SI1 RB set in platinum Tacori 2620.
I''m so thankful for finding this website and all of you. I honestly think I couldn''t have done this without your help. I wouldn''t have known about an importance of cut, the reputable online vendors, and the list goes on... None of these were available 15 years ago when we first bought my ring.
I''d also like to mention how wonderful my sales rep, Sarah @ GOG, was from start to finish. She replied all my emails almost instantly to clarify my questions. Besides a ton of questions, I had her make me a comparison video, ask Jonathan (her dad) an input, and send stones to an appraiser for pre-purchase appraisal. She did it all for me!! She even put up with my husband that visited the store while he was in NYC on business. Sarah went extra mile to offer a lot of information about the diamond I was looking and to ensure I was comfortable buying a diamond from someone who I''d never seen in person. Big hugs and many thanks to Sarah!
This upgrade is my very first and probably the only one (who knows! since GOG has a great upgrade policy
), and I really think that I couldn''t have done it better. It was a long journey, but I''m very pleased with the way my purchase turned out. The wait was well worth it!
