do you have a hard time spelling (or, have to stop and think about when you''re writing them)?

Me too. And I find myself questioning whether I spelled a word correctly constantly! Then, the more I stare at the word, the more off it looks. So I end up googling to confirm that yes, I spelled it correctly in the first place! Ugh!

"Whether"...or is it "wether"?

And "tomorrow". I used to spell it with double "m", not double "r".

The ones that I use regularly I have no problem with, it''s the ones I''ve used rarely in conversation but never written that I have to double-check with oh-so-useful google!

The only reason I can spell strmrdr''s screen name without checking is that in my head, his screen name sounds like "sturr-murr-durr."

I still can never remember what it''s actually supposed to be. I always have trouble with those license-plate-style abbreviations!!

It''s either storm-raider or storm-rider. I can''t remember which. One is what I made up in my head whenever I read his posts, the other is what he said when explained the meaning behind his SN!

disappear

Mine are receive, field, and separate. Calendar too.

Initiative.

I am currently writing reviews for my staff, and constantly get spell checked on this.

I keep dictionary.com bookmarked and have a dictionary app on my iPhone.

I second guess myself and then get all confused. But then, I want to KNOW what it is, so I have to look it up.

When I see that, I think "storm door"... lol strange, I know.

Recipient. I have written it probably two HUNDRED times in the [very long] paper I have been writing for the past few weeks and almost every single time I write it I spell it incorrectly.

I also have issues with "receive" and "Fahrenheit."

My firefox has spell-check, though!

Me too! I have a dictionary.com shortcut on my toolbar. It sits next to Pricescope

I''m really paranoid about my spelling (I''m not native), so it is open pretty much all the time.

receive, calendar, definitely, and maybe a couple others. Thank God I have a mac that spell checks everything I type. It has really improved my spelling.

Remember.

I want to spell it rember.

necessary

did I get it right?

Names of medicines. In fact, a lot of medical words have me stumped! I almost always have to google them.

I have issues with restaurant.

Feburary. I mean, February. It just looks wrong. I count on spell check to correct it for me.
