My Trillion 'Mahenge' Spinel Ring

I bought this stone from Yvonne some time ago, listed and sold to me as a Mahenge Spinel.

I was underwhelmed and rather disappointed by its colour when it arrived.

It has been made into a ring and I wear it quite often for dressier occasions due to its size.

There she is... I quite like the stone, DK. And the ring is really unique. It almost looks like ice or frost, which is very appropriate for my area this time of year. Even if you were underwhelmed at first, I'm glad you're getting a lot of wear out of it!

It's hard to find one that actually truly falls into the top category. When you do the prices are exorbitant.
It's why I don't put too much stock in about origin and sort of 'soft refuse' to pay for it.

It's a very lovely ring with a beautiful stone.

I really like your stone. It straddles the border between red and pink beautifully. I think those neon stones can be tough to wear sometimes.

i adore the finger coverage
and its a very nice pink, i have trouble with a lot of pinks
i hope you are now over any disapointment, because it is really lovely and i would just rock a ring like that !
