My Solasfera 1.91 in a Vatche setting

After 2 years I finally get my turn to post some pix.

Here is the 1.91 ct I SI1 Solasfera from Good Old Gold in the Vatche Royal Crown 18 K yellow gold with channel set diamonds and a six prong platinum head.

I just got the ring on thursday. It is absolutely stunning. I couldn''t be happier.

Let me add thanks to Tim, Christen and Marie at Good Old Gold who helped me with the online purchase process.

And thanks to all the people on Pricescope who gave me the education and the confidence to think for about 2 years about the upgrade that I wanted and finally decide what my parameters were and sit back and check the internet until the right diamond came along. And I wouldn''t have had the confidence to buy anything this expensive online without learning from everyone''s comments and experience.

I kept having to dim down the lighting because the first few I took were all reflection.
It''s amazing how this stone seems to pick up any light around and use it to sparkle.

The first night I had it I didn''t take it off even to sleep.
Sometime in the middle of the night I woke up in a perfectly dark room and noticed a little blue sparkle in the ring.
It was picking up the tiny blue LED that flashes on the thermostat on the wall across the room when the AC is running.
