My plan was to get some pics of SnowQueen IN the snow, but then I kept falling down in it and suddenly it didn't seem so beautiful a setting for the ring. More like a hated invader that I was going to defeat, even if it meant taking my hair dryer out there to do battle as a last resort!

Pixy . . . blow-drying her walk and driveway. The neighbors would love that.

Anyway, thank you thank you thank you, your kind words warmed my heart . . . even if they didn't warm the snow.

What a beautiful cut...it's one of my favorites. I think the setting works magic on that stone. They're a match made in heaven.

Side note: I would love to see you using a hair dryer on the snow (ok, why am I picturing Chris Hemsworth as Thor using that blow dryer outside...).
