Hi Stonehunter, no it''s a setting from my local family jewellery store, its 18k white gold with 0.14 tcw of diamonds with a 1.03 ruby. I didn''t share these details before but the jeweller was moving and they had a crazy sale this ring was 85% off (so nuts), so that''s why it is an early birthday present, my birthday is still over a month away, but my mom couldn''t resist getting this because of the amazing price!
