My ring is done!

Thanks to all who commented on the spinel I posted a few weeks ago and to those of you who posted photos of setting ideas. I''ve posted pics of the finished piece in "Show me the ring" Here''s the only one that didn''t come out gargantuan size.

I like Ana''s version of the ring and I had originally planned to go that tilty on the stone but in the end chose less of a tilt. The pic in this thread does not show the tilt because the ring wasn''t sitting properly on my finger. The first photo in the "My ring is done" thread in the "Show me the ring" forum shows the tilt better. I''ll try to get a better pic to post here even though my photography skills stink.
