My own experience with K faint brown round diamond (bezel set pendant)

I’ve always been strangely attracted to the slight cool toned, brown tinted J-K diamonds but there is such little info and photos of them online. I had spotted this diamond on James Allen when I was doing a search for earrings and while I didn’t find a perfect match, I decided it would make a great pendant.

Then I found himalayas post about her faint brown K and I pulled the trigger. I honestly couldn’t be happier because it looks better than expected. Diamond and setting. It looks truly white to me although I am not color sensitive.

My original e-ring was an F, my current is an I and I have photographed that one next to this K, along with my band that has F-G stones. It does have faint blue fluorescence, the I diamond has strong. I tried taking photos in different lighting conditions.

Waiting for a pair of J earrings as well, excited for the whole family to come together.

I'm one of those folks who unlike most, prefer a brown tint over a yellow tint, so I love the fact that yours has a slight brown tint. I love it. It looks beautiful. Great choice!

I would have never known until you said it was a K! I had an L colored diamond and it was such an amazing cut that you really would have thought it was a G colored diamond! Well done!!

Could you please post a neckshot? I have a half pair stud - I have lost the other one - and I’m still contemplating, what to do with it. My stone is also K color, 3*EX, 0.7 ct stone. I could imagine it in the same setting, so I would really appreciate a neckshot, to see, how this size would look.

I received my earrings, one is a 0.79 J and other is a 0.8 K. They appear very white to me but I would just like to say that I sorted through a lot of not nice and funky tinted j’s and k stones. Although these are two different coloured stones, they appeared to be almost the same tint of very pale ivory when I examined them next to the others on my short list. I’m really happy with my choices.
