My Other Sea of Cortez Ring

Especially for @Cerulean!

The SoC pearl was purchased from Douglas in person when I attended the pearl ruckus in LA in July 2016.

I stayed for an extra few days afterwards to tour the city, and the setting was purchased from a local jeweller in the Diamond District in LA.

They replaced their pearl in the setting with mine during my stay.

My photos do not do the pearl justice, as they do not show the subtle colour variations IRL.

I seldom wear this ring, or any of my pearl rings except the SoC mabe ring, as they sit very tall on my finger and I worry about scratching them.

So they only come out for the most genteel events!






I would love to add a SoC mabe pendant to my small collection of two rings.
