My first thought upon opening the thread was "that''s not an omc!"Date: 4/17/2010 11:08:03 AM

It looks more like a transitional diamond with the pointed culet. It is very difficult to tell from the photos what the color may be, I''m guessing around a K. Iit and![]()

Zhuzhu, I know you''ve been searching for an omc lately and, though finding some pretty pieces, have not had much luck. I don''t think you''re saving much $$ by using the hit or miss ebay auctions. Maybe ask Jewels by Erica Grace to find you something within your price range. I''m sure they would be happy to help (for a small commission) and then you could be assured what you wanted was what you got. Good luck from another vintage stone lover!!!
LOL.... you are sooo cute Zhu! It''s not an OMC and for the color... really difficult to say from a picture!Date: 4/17/2010 12:08:04 PM

Darn it! Did I get the name wrong again? All I know is that it is from the 1920''s, 6.7 by 6.5, and looks like a cushion therefore I call it mine cut. I need to do a lot more

Thanks ladies, but they''re all the same stone. The left hand ring is the original mounting I purchased her in. The middle ring is a suspension setting that someone had made for it. I purchased the stone back and had Singlestone make the hammered 22k gold mounting on the right.Date: 4/17/2010 5:45:29 PM
