My newest CVB project:)

As you may know, I upgraded my .93 OEC to a 2.28 and had it set in the same casablanca setting. My .93 OEC is SO perfect that I felt like it needed to be the star in a cluster ring. I sourced the cluster ring stones myself from an antique ring I purchased from Antique Velvet Gloves- an etsy/UK online store. The stones are approximately 3 mm's each. Here is the ring with the most perfect old cut nuggets you ever saw:



After looking over TONS of antique cluster rings, I decided that I loved this one the most:



And I REALLY loved the milgrained seat of this one:



So, without further ado- here are the sketches and CAD's. The ring should be finished up soon. I can't wait!!!

Maybe a week or two? I told Caysie not to worry about rushing it. This is going to be my last ring. Feels so weird. I plan on doing 1 ctw ACA studs next and then I'm retiring from buying diamonds. Unless I hit the lottery that is.

I'll have to say, this will be an awesome cluster ring. Can't wait to see it, & Caysie is a perfect choice for execution. I'm with you sox, I love cluster rings too. But at my age, you then start the process of deliberation, when is enough, enough? I have a few things yet in the pipeline, but after that I may be good--for awhile, I guess--you never know right? I love that! Everything Caysie touches just turns out to be gorgeous! I am working on one, too. I am kind of with sarahb on feeling like maybe I have enough at this point, but there's kind of an addiction (especially working with Caysie) that makes one want to just keep creating beautiful things!
