Bought this from a vendor on Etsy who sells vintage gold and silver jewellery.
It's 10k solid yellow gold and 7mm in size and the end cap is also solid yellow gold.

Love this style when I want to dress up a sweater and am not wearing a necklace.
Wear this often with my 14k gold ball studs.
Looks great both casual and dressy.
