My new mounting for old diamond!

ooooh, wow; that is gorgeous. Who designed the setting? Where is the beautiful stone from? All beautiful!!!

I designed the ring myself and artist Bruce Mckay carved the wax for me and made the ring. I was not able to find anything anywhere that had a plain band on top with claw style prongs and diamond pave down the sides basket. Everything I looked at had pave on the top of the band as well. I did not want anything to take away from my diamond but wanted a burst of surprise on the sides. It is set low to the finger and has a squared shank so it will not turn on my finger.

I purchased the diamond from a private party.

It is an ideal cut diamond.
