My new band came today. I would like opinions on what it looks like with my E/ring. I can return it, but I can't decide if it looks good with my ring or if my ring looks better alone. Please give me your honest opinion while I can still return it.
I am posting pictures with the two and with only my e/ring.
Sorry I dont what how to post more than one picture at time so there are several different post.

Thanks,
cwj

Thanks,

I think it looks great with your e-ring! Is there a reason you are questioning it?

I just can''t decide if it adds to my ring or takes away. I bought a smaller (2ct) one first, but it didn''t look like it belonged. This one is a 3 ct and I''m afraid its too much. I am wondering if I should let my ring stand alone.
Tell me what you guys think, please.

I think it looks great and I don''t think it takes away from your ER at all!!

Well I personally like the look of a WB with an E-ring. Plus people will ALWAYS ask you when the wedding is (doesn''t matter what age you are). I like how it sits lower so it doesn''t take away the profile of your E-ring. I think it matches really well.

Thanks Michelle and Tacori e-ring,
When I look down at them on my hand, I'm not sure they look very good or that I like them. When I look at them in a mirror I think they are pretty good together. I just want to hear what people who don't know me think because I'm not sure my friends and coworker aren't just telling me what they think I want to hear. I know here on PS you guys will tell me the truth. I have to make up my mind soon, before my return period is over and I can't return it.

Looks like it's a perfect match to me. BUT where it hits your ering it will make an indentation over time...

I think they look gorgeous together! I love how the stones in the band are the same size as the stones in your e-ring...very nice match! I also prefer the look of two rings for the very reason that Tacori mentioned. I think you made a beautiful choice

Is there anything that will stop that from happening? I know I have seen on here somewhere something about a spacer ring or something to that effect. I''m not sure what that means or if it is something I should do.

The new ring is lovely and it looks like a perfect match with your ering. I vote KEEP it!

Thanks to all! Hearing what u have to say has helped me. I wanted a w/band too. I thought we were going to wait a while before buying one since we just redid my e/ring, but my wonderful husband asked the jeweler to order one for me for a surpise. He is worst than a kid and couldn't keep from telling me. He had asked for a 4 ct to be ordered and couldn't believe I wanted him to call and have the order changed to a smaller one. I actually had a hard time saying the words, "I want a smaller ring." I thought I had better go and wash out my mouth before that became a habit! LOL
Thanks again, this is a wonderful place!

Keep it..for sure!! Love the look. It flows really nicely and one doesn''t compete with the other. Great choice

Thanks Rockfever!!

I'm sorry, please don't hate me, this is only my opinion, but since you wanted them I will say that I am not crazy about them together. I

your e-ring and I kinda think the band does detract from it's bling power a little. I wonder if perhaps two low profile, simple platinum bands, one on either side of your e-ring, would look good? It would add symmetry and also let your e-ring be the star!

But that's just my personal taste, I am a simple sorta gal! The rings are lovely and if you like the look (and lots of others here totally seem to love it too!!) then keep it and wear that bling with pride!

Now............. more pix pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaase!!!

I really like it! I think it looks bling-alicious! I bet it will grow on you. I kinda thought the same thing with my first wedding band too. After a week or so I felt like my ering looked naked without the band. My vote is wear that sparkler with pride.

They look beautiful together to me!!!

I LOVE IT!!!!! They look beautiful together. It''s funny you say that you like it in the mirror. I''ve noticed that myself. Weird huh? Anyways.... I''d definitely keep it! Truly a STUNNING set!

I vote to keep e/band. It is a perfect match to me

I think they looks absolutely perfect together! This is the exact look that I would have gotten if I had a e-ring that looked like yours. How sweet of your husband to *try* and surprise you, my fiance is the same way and can''t keep anything a surprise for more than a few hours!

Back to your set, the band really is the perfect width and height to match your e-ring, and I love the chunky look that your set has, they work so well together. A definite yes vote from me!

DD,
Don''t be silly, I asked for your honest opinions and thats what I want. I am so on the fence about this that I just couldn''t decided. I thought if it were right then I would have know right away! Instead I love it one minute and am so unsure the next. I have just about decided to wait and see what the majority votes here and let that make my decision. I know its pretty silly to let a lot of people I have never met influence me so much, but I trust everyones opinion here more than I do my own right now.
So anyway thanks for your honesty!
