My New Amethyst Ring

I''m a longtime lurker, first time poster, and I wanted to share my newly acquired beauty with you!

I''ve been looking for a nice halo ring for a while and finally took the plunge on one. I was originally looking for a nice "simple" heart shaped Sapphire ring, but once I saw this one, it was love at first sight.

Gemstone: Natural Amethyst
Gem Weight: 2.55 carats (9 mm)
Gemstone Clarity: VVS1 (Type II Gemstone)
Diamond Weight: 0.19 carats (46 diamonds)
Diamond Quality: H-I color/I clarity
Gold: 14k white gold
Gold Weight: 4.1 grams
Measurements: Just under 1/2" wide at the center, tapering to 1/8" wide at the back, center stone sits 5/16" off the finger.

I ordered it from myjewelrysource and should have it by Wednesday morning! I can''t wait to try it on. I hope that it''ll suit me.

So far the people at myjewelrysource have been really nice and helpful. I''ve heard such good things about them on here before, I hope I''ll be able to add myself to the list of satisfied customers.

Wow, its really beautiful! I have been looking at myjewelrysource since before I got my ering, and I am glad to finally see "real life" pictures of one of their pieces.
