so they did a ct scan (i think that''s what it was called) and they found out her cancer is completely gone! what a relief!

Smurfy, I didn''t know your mother had had cancer, but this is absolutely wonderful news. Enjoy the dinner/celebration, I''m very happy for you!!!

P.S. "CT" stands for "computed tomography"--you were right using the term. My dad had a ton of them, unfortunately, due to his own cancer a few years ago. He is cancer free today and will hopefully stay that way for many years to come!
