Here is my latest purchase. A marquise in a split shank pave setting made by James Allen. I’m a long-time customer and I can’t say enough about their craftsmanship and customer service. I am thrilled with my ring!09939C17-74C9-413A-9DFA-BA1B18C61B28.jpeg81BD191C-3CC0-4DF5-94F5-4042DF791C94.jpeg6589C44D-84F5-495A-8AD7-654485F1D3BD.jpeg

Whoa! Thats a beautiful ring!

Gorgeous! What is the size and color of your marquise, if you don't mind sharing?

Welcome @Olde Soul. :wavey:
Your ring is beautiful! We’d love to hear more about it if you’d like to share.

ETA. Typing at the same time you were sharing! Lovely!!

Wow beautiful and unique- don't see many marquise stones!

Thank you! I am a huge fan. I know that
many people don’t care for them but I have always been drawn to them.

Wow! Your ring is SPECTACULAR! Also, it looks so much bigger than a 2.93ct - I would have guessed closer to 4, not 3! Nothing like a marquis for spread

Thank you and I agree it looks bigger than what it is. I have a 3.2 carat princess cut solitaire and even without the halo on the marquise, the marquise looks larger.

Gorgeous!!!

Thank you

Marquiselicious ❤️❤️❤️
Stunning.

Gorgeous!

Wow, it's absolutely gorgeous!!!

@Olde Soul -

Gorgeous ring! And beautiful proportions on your hand - very eye-catching!

Can I ask how you got JA to do prongs like that? Do you pay an extra fee? Did they just do it for you because you're a long time customer? Is that how they do all their prongs now? Can you fill us in pls? Because I think we ALL want prongs like that when we buy from James Allen, but it rarely happens.

Thank you mrs-b! This is actually a stock setting on their website but it features an RB. They do show a photo of a ruby marquise stone in the setting with these prongs which is what I specified I wanted for my ring. There was no extra charge. I met with the owner twice in the past (but not for this ring) so I had a lot of confidence that things would be done right although I know there’s been some changes in ownership of the company but I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

What a stunning stone and setting!
